Fitness Competition

I went to my first fitness competition.  Wow - it was so....I just have no words :) I know how hard my friends worked and I am so proud of them.  They looked great.

 This is my friend Laurie.  We team teach and she has been such a huge help in my group fitness goals.

 This is Stacie.  The 3 of us lift together and have so much fun pushing each other!
