Rice Cereal

Originally my plan was to wait until Bristol was 6 months old to start her on solids.  I wanted to breast feed her exclusively for 6 months.  But, she has been so interested in our food lately I thought I better start her.  She wondered what this stuff was at first, but she liked it.  I hope that she is as good of an eater as her brother and sister - I don't want a picky eater!

 Clean up time!

Isn't there anymore??

Teeth!

We've been all about losing teeth around here with the two older kids, but now we have Bristol who is getting teeth!  Her two bottom teeth have finally popped up.  Thank goodness because she's been super grumpy!

4 months!

This baby is growing way too fast!  She had her 4 month check up today.  She was 14lbs 12oz - 76%, 24 3/4" - 78% and her head was 16" - 42%.  She had some shots and didn't care too much for those!  She cried for a bit and I nursed her to help her feel better.  She was over it pretty quick.

This month she is rolling over, eating rice cereal and laughing out loud.  I noticed she has been super grump and drooling - I think she's getting teeth!

Tj's 35!

The unit went to The Cellar for lunch to celebrate Tj's birthday.  They go out to lunch for every birthday.  Happy birthday my love!  He wanted new golf shoes for his birthday.

Visit from Grandma Franklin

Grandma Franklin came for a visit.  It was the first time she got to meet Bristol.  Grandma took the two older kids out exploring around town while I stayed home with Bristol.  I'm kinda glad I stayed home, they got stuck in a huge thunderstorm with tons of rain!  They got a little wet.

Tj's building at VT
 Tj hard at work
 Some of the campus
 Drillfield!

 Loving having their grandma visit!
Lane Stadium was open so they even snuck their way in there

Then they decided to hit up Cassell Coiseum

Virginia Tech is such a beautiful campus!  Most every building is made from this Hokie stone.  It's a stone found at just two sites here around Blacksburg.
