Going Home

Finally!  I am so ready to go home!  Bristol doesn't like her car seat!  She screamed bloody murder while we tried to get her in it!  She finally fell asleep and slept the entire way home.  She is a sleepy baby!

Tj left and went to get the kids.  They didn't know if they had a brother or a sister yet.  We waited until they met her to tell them they had a baby sister.  Tyler wasn't too sure about her, but Brena didn't want to put her down.

It was a very sad night when Tj had to leave and get the kids home to bed.  I was all by myself.  I hated staying there by myself!  Because I was strep b positive, I had to stay an extra night there too.  That about killed me!  I just wanted to go home!  But, the nurses were the most amazing people and they would take Bristol for me anytime so I could sleep.  They were WONDERFUL!  So unlike the NAVY hospital experiences I had with the other kids!

We have a baby!

I can't stop loving her, holding her, smelling her, kissing her!  She is perfect in every way.  Bristol was born at 2:54pm, 7lbs 5 1/2oz, 20" long.

She got her first bath.  She wasn't too impressed, she screamed the entire time.

Now we need to get her siblings here to meet her!

Today's the day!

We got checked in this morning and hooked up right away to some pitocin.  Now we just wait!  My visiting teacher came over at 6am to sit with the kids and get them off to school.  Come to find out, because of snow, school was cancelled today!  So, she has them until Tj can go pick them up after the baby comes.

 The nurses are awesome here.  Loved this goal :)

BodyPump and Pregnant

I have done BodyPump for about 4 years.  I didn't stop just because I was pregnant.  At the end of my 3rd trimester I did go down in my weight.  I did BodyPump up until the week I delivered.  I think it made delivery easier. 
39 weeks pregnant!

Baby Shower

Some of the wives from the NAVY ROTC unit here got together and gave me a baby shower.  It was nice.  We went to Sal's and ate, then had presents.  I wasn't expecting any baby showers, so this was a nice surprise.  I took Brena with me, she had a great time!
